We fully support and encourage Work from Home. Our office will be open but you can work from anywhere, coming in only for crucial face to face meetings

We’re huge fans of always sharpening the saw. People are encouraged to constantly look to automate their tasks
Protocols
Regardless of your position, you will be encouraged to automate to make your work faster. Make more time and space for yourself.
CareGivers
Emergencies. They happen. Feel safe with a better insurance plan than most. Caregivers can take off as needed. The rest of us will pitch in till you can.
