Design & Engineering Process
We begin with an in-depth analysis of the industrial design database. This process is jointly carried with our in-house/your designers to optimize it for manufacturability. We then engineer the product to be manufactured in the most affordable and reliable manner. Our efforts also realize patentable mechanisms/methods that help you create a MOAT against the competition. We liaise with the ODMs to ensure that design intent is retained throughout the production cycle. For regulated devices, we help support your efforts for certification.
