Yes. From time to time. Typically, neither short term work (<2mo), nor long term programs (1+ years), work well in fixed price contracts.

We are working on the next GEN of our product range. How do you ensure that there is no IP proliferation?

Thank you for reaching out and for your trust in our capabilities. We understand your concern regarding IP proliferation in the development of your next-gen product. We take data security very seriously and have a multi-layered approach to mitigate any risks:

1. Secure Access, Project Environment and Collaboration Tools:

a. Access Controls: All employees working on your project will require multi-factor authentication and strong password policies to access project data.

b. Dedicated Project Workspace: Your project will be on a secure and isolated project workspace on our internal servers, that will contain all necessary files and resources.

c. Document Management System: We utilize a secure document management system to control access to and revision history of all project files. This allows us to track changes and identify potential leaks.

d. Collaboration Tools: We use secure collaboration tools that allow real-time editing and communication without downloading sensitive files to personal devices.

2. Employee Training and Awareness:

a. Data Security Training: All employees assigned to your project undergo mandatory data security training. This training will cover best practices for handling confidential information and reporting suspicious activity.

b. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): All employees are required to sign NDAs that legally bind them to confidentiality regarding your project information.

b. We are also happy to discuss any additional security measures you may require, such as watermarks on documents or restricting access to specific features within the STEP files.

That’s a fair question! We understand we might not be a household name yet, even though we’ve been delivering top-tier services and products for the past 25 years. Here’s the thing,

a. Focus on Client Success: We’ve built our reputation primarily through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients. Our focus has been on exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results, leading to long-term partnerships with many clients. This approach has been incredibly rewarding, but it may not generate the same level of public awareness as a company with a large marketing budget.

b. Client Confidentiality: Many of our projects involve highly sensitive information and intellectual property. We prioritize client confidentiality and may not be able to publicly showcase all our impressive work. This can make it harder to build brand recognition through traditional marketing channels.

c. Value over Visibility: We believe our value lies in the expertise we bring to the table and the impact we have on our clients’ businesses. While we’re always looking for ways to expand our reach, we have kept our operations lean to offer the best possible value. We have not prioritized large-scale marketing campaigns as yet.
