We built the tool(s) on top of capable and stable third party AI, ML and other automation platforms.
Do you use the tool for all product information assets?
Currently it only supports the creation and generation of Product Information assets such as User Manuals, Quick Start Guides, and Certification Submission documents.
If you use automation. How do you ensure content accuracy and consistency?
We train the AI on your brand’s specific guidelines and style, enabling it to generate content that aligns with your voice and tone. Additionally, the tool incorporates advanced algorithms for grammar, spelling, and consistency checks.
Can you handle complex technical documentation?

How do your specific practices compare with other available self-service software tools?
We review and even use available tools from time to time. The interesting ones use a screen recording feature to create step-by-step guides. But this is just one kind of asset, appropriate to a limited set of products. Also, with the current software only tools, it is difficult to generate a theme that reflects your brand identity.
What is the turnaround time for content generation?
It depends on the asset. We have turned around product information documents for a new telecommunication product launch in less than a week. In other cases, the first in series itself can take weeks to months.
How do you handle multiple languages and cultural nuances?
Our 3P platform partners support multiple languages. While they claim to be trained on specific cultural nuances, we use in-house or contract international translation talent to ensure the final asset has accurate and culturally appropriate content.
