Corporate Innovation
Scale Innovation Intelligently
Venturing beyond the ordinary. We explore, design, build, and scale tomorrow’s success stories.
Don’t have time for the next big thing?
You have the assets, the customer base, the manufacturing capability, the IP. What you don’t have is time or headcount to build the next thing. We handle everything—strategy, design, prototyping, user research, go-to-market planning, pitch materials—so your leadership stays focused on running the business. Over 8 weeks, we co-create a fully developed venture concept with validated market demand. You’ll have a complete, defensible business case, working prototypes, customer testimonials, and a clear path to scale. This isn’t a consulting deck. It’s a launch-ready venture that’s already proven itself in the market. By week 8, you’re not deciding whether to build—you’re deciding how fast to scale.

Why Corporate Innovation Fails (And How We Fix It)
Working with us, you unlock:
Status Quo Disruption
Current Problem
Innovation gets siloed in R&D labs or dies in committee reviews
Our Approach
We extract untapped value from your existing assets, IP, and customer relationships. Launch new ventures without cannibalizing core business or losing institutional knowledge to spinoffs
Faster Time to Market
Current Problem
Internal approval cycles, legacy systems, and competing priorities slow innovation to a crawl
Our Approach
Our proven playbooks and external design thinking bypass bureaucracy. We’ve taken ventures from concept to market in months, not years. Your corporate infrastructure becomes an asset, not a bottleneck
Guaranteed Outcomes
Current Problem
External consultants optimize for billable hours; internal teams lack urgency or skin in the game
Our Approach
We co-develop and transfer ownership on milestones. Our success is literally your success—we only win when your venture launches and scales
AI to Unlock Hidden Potential
Current Problem
You’re sitting on valuable patents, customer data, manufacturing capabilities, and distribution networks that could spawn entirely new business lines—but they’re invisible to traditional innovation frameworks
Our Approach
We use predictive AI to identify commercial opportunities within your existing moat. Transform legacy assets into competitive advantages
Diverse Expertise Without Building a Team
Current Problem
Hiring a dedicated innovation team is expensive, slow, and creates long-term fixed costs. Poaching talent from core business demoralizes remaining staff
Our Approach
Access our network of specialists—designers, engineers, go-to-market experts, regulatory consultants—only when you need them. Scale expertise up or down without headcount
Reduced Risk & Capital Efficiency
Current Problem
Large R&D bets often fail. Corporations can’t afford many swings, so they play it safe
Our Approach
We validate concepts with real users before you commit serious capital. Early-stage failures teach us what works, reducing downstream risk. You fund winners, not lottery tickets

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need to Subscribe?
Our subscription model offers several key advantages over traditional project-based consulting:
Battery of Skills: You gain access to a wide range of skills (over 40!) needed for your project, all housed within our expert team. This eliminates the need to manage and coordinate multiple vendors or freelancers.
Unlimited Revisions and Projects: Our subscription model provides peace of mind. You can request revisions to designs or development as needed, or even pivot entire programs without incurring unforeseen costs. Additionally, you can tackle as many projects as your business requires.
Flexibility and Scalability: Let’s face it. Every development or marketing program involves multiple pivots and iterations. Unlike traditional contracts, our subscriptions are designed for agility. You can easily add subscriptions to scale up your team, pause or resume services as needed, and adjust resources based on your project’s evolving demands.
Why does the subscription model work better?
Seamless Workflow: We have a team of specialists across various disciplines who work together seamlessly. By subscribing, you avoid delays and inefficiencies that can occur when transitioning between different firms or freelancers. We become an extension of your team, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.
Predictable Costs: Project-based pricing can be unpredictable, leading to budget overruns and frustration. Our fixed monthly fee provides certainty. You’ll know exactly what your consulting costs will be each month, allowing for better budgeting and financial planning.
Budget Savings: A fixed monthly fee eliminates the risk of overspending on unnecessary tasks or functions. You can focus your resources on the specific aspects of the project that require attention, maximizing value for your budget.
Long-Term Partnership: The subscription model encourages a deeper understanding of your company’s goals and challenges. This allows us to become a true partner, proactively anticipating your needs and delivering solutions that drive long-term success.
I work at a large company. Will you work on a Fixed Price Contract?
Yes. From time to time. Typically, neither short term work (<2mo), nor long term programs (1+ years), work well in fixed price contracts.
We are working on the next GEN of our product range. How do you ensure that there is no IP proliferation?
Thank you for reaching out and for your trust in our capabilities. We understand your concern regarding IP proliferation in the development of your next-gen product. We take data security very seriously and have a multi-layered approach to mitigate any risks:
1. Secure Access, Project Environment and Collaboration Tools:
a. Access Controls: All employees working on your project will require multi-factor authentication and strong password policies to access project data.
b. Dedicated Project Workspace: Your project will be on a secure and isolated project workspace on our internal servers, that will contain all necessary files and resources.
c. Document Management System: We utilize a secure document management system to control access to and revision history of all project files. This allows us to track changes and identify potential leaks.
d. Collaboration Tools: We use secure collaboration tools that allow real-time editing and communication without downloading sensitive files to personal devices.
2. Employee Training and Awareness:
a. Data Security Training: All employees assigned to your project undergo mandatory data security training. This training will cover best practices for handling confidential information and reporting suspicious activity.
b. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): All employees are required to sign NDAs that legally bind them to confidentiality regarding your project information.
c. Limited File Sharing: We will minimize the number of files shared with external vendors, including those who already have non-disclosure agreements with you, and only share the specific versions and levels of detail necessary for the project’s success. This reduces the amount of sensitive information accessible at any one time.
3. Communication and Transparency:
a. We are committed to open communication throughout the project. We will keep you informed of any security incidents and the steps taken to address them.
b. We are also happy to discuss any additional security measures you may require, such as watermarks on documents or restricting access to specific features within the STEP files.
Why have I never heard about your company?
That’s a fair question! We understand we might not be a household name yet, even though we’ve been delivering top-tier services and products for the past 25 years. Here’s the thing,
a. Focus on Client Success: We’ve built our reputation primarily through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients. Our focus has been on exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results, leading to long-term partnerships with many clients. This approach has been incredibly rewarding, but it may not generate the same level of public awareness as a company with a large marketing budget.
b. Client Confidentiality: Many of our projects involve highly sensitive information and intellectual property. We prioritize client confidentiality and may not be able to publicly showcase all our impressive work. This can make it harder to build brand recognition through traditional marketing channels.
c. Value over Visibility: We believe our value lies in the expertise we bring to the table and the impact we have on our clients’ businesses. While we’re always looking for ways to expand our reach, we have kept our operations lean to offer the best possible value. We have not prioritized large-scale marketing campaigns as yet.
However, we’re excited about the potential of our novel engagement model, and the legacy of our work out there, to connect with more companies like yours who value design quality, process efficiency, and long-term partnerships. We believe this approach will result in more successful work, and build a wider reputation for excellence.
