By designing with AI, not by AI. We treat it as an ever-improving assistant — not an author. Every output simply serves to augment human effort. Not replace intent, accuracy, or quality of craft. Here’s how we keep our work clean and credible: Â
Human-first direction: Every project has real world intent and real world frameworks. AI tools execute within — and don’t define — that framework. The outputs serve one of two functions — (1) to reduce uncertainty, or (2) to boost creativity. Â
Layered review: Where agent generated, AI outputs are refined, composited, or re-modeled by designers and engineers who understand material, manufacturability, user context and campaign mission. Nothing goes straight from generation to delivery. Â
Toolchain control: We may use our own private or third party tuned models — made with transformation triplets —and internal prompt libraries to maintain quality and consistency. Â
Grounded in physics and business reality: In product and engineering work, we validate every concept against mechanical, ergonomic, and market feasibility. And in AEO content, the information is reviewed by subject matter experts.Â

Who owns the work and IP? How do you protect IP and data?
You do! All our work is customized for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you. We retain prior art (libraries/frameworks). Stake-in-Outcome/royalty models are explicit exceptions.
Isolated workspaces, MFA, least-privilege access, NDA-bound staff, version-controlled DMS, minimized external sharing. Optional watermarks/feature-limited exports.
Why haven’t I heard of you before?
That’s a fair question! We understand we might not be a household name yet, even though we’ve been delivering top-tier services and products for the past 25 years. We are deliberately low-profile. Our focus is on client outcomes, confidentiality, and word-of-mouth referrals over advertising. Much of our work is under long-term NDAs.
Do you conduct Design and Innovation Courses and Workshops?
We have thought of it as a way to expand our pie. But courses and workshops are extremely operational intensive. And the new revenue stream will distract us from what we currently do best. We have started to do paid 1:1 mentorship sessions. And will be formally launching this as a service. We’re always open to new formats that allow us to contribute to the GDP of Design and Innovation in the World.
Where are you based? How do you work across time zones?
Bangalore, India HQ with in-office core and a vetted remote network in the USA, India and elsewhere in Asia. Our customers are globally distributed. Our resources are increasingly spreading across the world but may not be in your local time zone. You will almost certainly find a convenient overlap time for a review call.
