We have 3 plans based on our 3 primary practices. Since you own the program management and the responsibility of delivery with the end client, you get a 30% discount on our stock price.

Depending on which plans you sign up for, you will be assigned one or more shared account managers. You will be assigning all of your clients’ tasks (including changes, design, development, maintenance tasks) to your assigned point of contact and you will get updates on a weekly basis.

Our inhouse team of multidisciplinary designers, engineers, web and digital experts, and writers is 40+ experts strong. To supplement this, we have a flexible team of 75+ vetted people on call, to support your programs when workload demand increases.

We will NEVER contact your client unless you want us to. If we do on your behalf, the communication will be white labelled.

Yes. All the information you share will be highly confidential and safe. We also sign an NDA before we start. From time to time clients ask for some specific security solution to be implemented, for which we discuss the mutual costs to be borne.

As stated before a shared or dedicated project manager/account manager will be assigned to you. We’ll use the project collaboration tool of your choice to keep you in the loop about the progress in projects/tasks assigned to our team. Our team has experience using several different types of project management, file management and communication tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Slack.

All of our white label tasks are carried out from 9AM to 8 PM Indian Standard Time. Alternatively, teams are flexible to adjust a few hours based on your time zone.

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA. Unless you want it otherwise, we are completely invisible to your clients and we leave no trace in the deliverables– it is a true white label experience.

Yes. We can help you with reviewing product and user requirements documents. Once we have the clarity from your client, we will help you put together a white label commercial budget and program timeline for you to include in your proposal.

You can create emails for specific members of our team who need direct access to all documents and to participate in communication. You can use the same emails to provide access to your PM platforms.

Yes, of course. We recommend it. You can choose to join our Google Workspace Or Microsoft Teams channels. This is recommended as you get access to the full team to slide in and out based on specific task expertise. Or, of course, they can join yours.

Yes. Our team can coordinate with your client if you want us to. As above, we recommend that you create an email address for our project manager and additional team members with your domain name. This will ensure the communication will be white label.

Once we agree on the first program, you will receive an invoice prorated to the current month. Simply honour the invoice, and we will schedule a kick-off onboarding call.

You pay at the start of the month. You can choose from any method you prefer – credit/debit Card, ACH, Wise and Inter Bank Transfer.

Yes. This is often how we get involved in the first place.

Yes, we can handle emergency or rush projects. But this is dependent on our availability.

Unlimited. You are limited only by the number of hours available each month per subscription.

There are no project size limitations to engage with us. You can assign a small task or a full project as per your needs, and add or remove subscriptions based on it.

Word on the street is that we are the fastest for the cost and quality. But this is subjective and has to be adjusted for your specific product and program goals. An important and complex problem to solve will typically take far longer than one that is less important.

The average project duration varies depending on the project. We ensure to provide you with a timeline for project completion and take your approval before we start working on any projects.

We have licenced tools of our own. But if you need the work done in a specific platform, then we may request for your license, depending on the program needs.

We are bound by contract, so you cannot showcase our work to your clients as a reference. If you are comfortable with introducing them as your partner, then you can direct them to the public work on our website. Know that you will always be getting a better price from us, for managing the relationship with your client and other obvious value adds you bring.

The reality of the past 4 years is that the market has been brutal towards agencies in the US, Canada and EU, with many of them shutting down or being acqui-hired. That has happened to a few of our clients. In fact our practice is now geared towards preventing this from happening.

No, our plans are not designed for One-off Projects though you could pause your subscription as soon as your first program is completed.

We have a lightweight management model. Unless you want us to use your preferred project management tool, we assign tasks verbally, or on a digital board, and do project and program reviews daily or weekly. A more constrained method may eat into the hours available to do actual work.

We have a 100% transparent business model. We log hours spent in a shared Google or Excel (depending on Workspace or Teams), providing you a breakdown of each member’s activities and tasks. Before starting any task or project, we always seek your approval, so you’re always informed of how long a particular task will take.

Yes, we provide detailed weekly reports, inclusive of hours worked and the specific projects on which we’ve worked.

While we strive to avoid any escalations, if they occur, you will have a shared Project Manager and a Client Account Manager to handle any issues. The management are always here to assist and listen.

Yes, a dedicated project manager can be assigned to your or each of your projects. This person would come at an additional cost.

Every task is compared to the corresponding product or program requirement. This is the primary QA review. Which is why it is important to have unambiguous program requirements and briefs.

We can make a request, but most agencies and firms are understandably shy of revealing the nature of their relationship with us.

Yes. Our flexible plans allow you to pause, resume, add or remove subscriptions at any time..

No, there’s no need for multiple plans to assign multiple projects. You can add unlimited projects under a single subscription.

We’ve been serving clients across different time zones for over 20 years. Our processes are designed to ensure that time zone differences will not be a challenge.

No, there is no ‘cancel’. But you can put your subscription on pause. There are no contracts. If you don’t have more projects to assign, you can always pause the plan and restart as soon as you have more projects.

Absolutely, you have the freedom to assign tasks on a daily basis and set their priority accordingly.
